About the Owner

Jason Knighton

Founder & Owner of Stronghold Vegetation Management, Jason Knighton, discovered his passion for business 25 years ago. At just 15 years old, Jason founded his first business, Lawnscapes Unlimited, a sister company to Stronghold. Starting with lawn mowing services for neighbors, friends, and family, Jason’s dedication and entrepreneurial spirit quickly grew Lawnscapes into a successful landscape company offering turf installation, retaining walls, hardscaping, and more.

Driven by a desire to better serve his customers and identify new market opportunities, Jason noticed a gap in the market for large-scale vegetation management services tailored for industrial and commercial applications. With his keen business acumen and commitment to exceeding customer expectations, he established Stronghold Vegetation Management, which has since become his primary focus.

Facing and overcoming the challenges of scaling a business, Jason has worked tirelessly to expand Stronghold into an industry leader along the Texas Gulf Coast. Through excellent communication, dedication to customer satisfaction, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Stronghold continues to grow and serve new locations.
